Welcome to South Georgia Pain Management
Slocum Chiropractic was founded in Tifton, GA in 1978 by Dr. Jeff Slocum as a center of excellence in the care of musculoskeletal disorders. In 2011, we formed a multi-disciplinary clinic and changed our title to South Georgia Pain Management to better encompass the treatment options and care that we are able to provide for our patients. At South Georgia Pain Management, we pride ourselves in providing state-of-the-art care for patients suffering from spine related disorders such as low back and leg pain, neck and arm pain and headaches. We also remain committed to providing South Georgia with exemplary patient centered healthcare, a tradition started by Dr. Slocum.
