We are pleased to provide the award winning Doctor’s Weight Loss Solutions program for our patients. This program should be viewed as a lifestyle change opportunity and NOT a temporary weight loss program. This program features three main aspects to assist you in your weight loss and wellness goals:
- Low glycemic index pre-packaged foods which enable the body to burn fat at an accelerated rate. These healthy and delicious foods make weight loss an accessible and convenient process.
- Weekly classes in a group setting taught by Dr. Byrnes including topics such as nutrition "on the go," vitamin and supplement guidelines, proper ways to exercise, combating food addiction and much more. These classes empower you with the knowledge you need to maintain your optimum weight level and health.
- A very evidence-based, patient centered approach to weight loss where your goals are our main focus. Our system has been developed through years of research and is designed to work. Our main interest is to guide you towards a life of more energy and less sickness through nutritional modifications and realistic lifestyle modifications.
